"It was lovely meeting you this morning and just had to write to say thank you and how impressed I was when I dropped off my lady for the first day of her attendance at Spectrum.
Thank you for providing a wonderful, relaxed, clean and friendly day service. I was really taken aback at the amount of opportunities that was available to R. She clearly felt the same and I was happy to see how she had settled immediately.
I am impressed because as a Carer, who also offers regular respite care, I have attended many day services in and around Northampton over the last 22 years and with all honesty have not encountered one as professional as yours.
Not only were you welcoming to the both of us but ALL staff and customers also made the transition a smooth one. When we came to do our initial visit and had a look around the establishment we knew straight away that this would be the place that would accommodate R's needs. I love the fact that hot dinners are on offer.
Very rarely as providers are you recognised for the hard work that the team does to ensure a safe secure environment for their customers and just felt that I had to let you know of my initial observation.
Thanking you again the support to be provided for R whilst at Spectrum
