Spectrum has literally saved my life and I cannot imagine life without it. It has given me something to live for as well as look forward to. We do so many activities such as cookery, education, music, English, maths, staying safe, bowling and disco's. I was made to feel so welcome and have the opportunity to do things I never imagined possible. It's an absolutely brilliant place."

Volunteer roles include supporting the educational programme, either in a one-to-one or group basis, using social media and marketing skills alongside the management team, or assisting in the charity shop. "
