Knowing how best to look after yourself is important

  • Provide opportunity for calm and to express yourself

We place emphasis on health and wellbeing, with Tai-Chi and Dance sessions included in the timetable, which provide the opportunity for calm and to express yourself.  The exercise theme is continued with regular walking in the community and sport sessions, such as Table Tennis, Boccia and Football.  We also have pool and darts as pert of our programme.
