We are proud to share that Spectrum Northants has received Living Wage Employer accreditation.
.
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by over 11,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs - like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist.
.
With the challenges presented by the ongoing cost of living crisis, we will continue to value our staff through following the standards set by the Living Wage Foundation. For more information https://www.livingwage.org.uk/
